Parish anniversary and picnic

On September 19, we celebrated the 21st anniversary of our parish.
During his homily based on the Epistle of the day, 1 Corinthians 16:13-24, Father John highlighted the theme of “begin church”.

After the Divine Liturgy, we enjoyed a time of social gathering with gorgeous weather and delicious food provided by all, including fresh fish caught by our catechumen Timothy.

  • September 11: community work to beautify the parish grounds – work start at 8am
  • September 12: After Divine Liturgy, Moleben and Procession, on the occasion of the 800th anniversary of the birth of Alexander Nevsky
  • September 19: After Divine Liturgy, picnic on the occasion of our parish anniversary
